Outcomes: Community conversations in Envisioning the Future will produce ‘big ideas’ about how people want to see Prince George grow and change in the future. This phase will help determine the vision and goals for myPG. You can read the Preliminary Report on the Envisioning Phase of myPG (large file, takes a while to download and open).

The phase was open for community engagement from October 26, 2009 to January 14, 2010. It focused on a grassroots, person-to-person approach in which city staff and other citizens will held “visioning” discussions with friends, family, co-workers and volunteer organizations. The idea was to help you fit these critical conversations into your world, your schedule. For people that are short on time, there was also a 5 minute individual survey available.

Special thanks go to those early voices in the process that have helped us shape this first phase.  myPG will continue to test new ways to engage the whole community, learning as we go. Please tell us how to improve, and suggest other ideas for how to meet your needs.
